Founded in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer, Oddbird stands as a testament to her dedication and vision. Moa, with over twenty years of experience as a family therapist and social worker, predominantly addressed alcohol-related familial concerns. The pervasive and recurring nature of these issues deeply impacted her, highlighting the profound negative influence of alcohol on society.

Every detail in the process is meticulously considered, from the selection of grapes and vineyards to fermentation and alcohol removal, all the way to bottling. The sole purpose: to ensure a unique taste. We hand-select the highest quality grapes, sourced from the most esteemed vineyards in top regions. Oddbirds wines are traditionally aged for 12 months and then undergo a patented method for alcohol removal to achieve their full potential and desired characteristics. What our wines lack makes them exceptional. No added E-substances. No artificial colors or aromas. We elevate craftsmanship, all while being liberated from alcohol.
